Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate injury prevention and regulatory compliance strategies • Oversee employee claims management and return-to-work processes • Coordinate HSE training and records management • Secretary for Joint Health and Safety Committees to ensure compliance • Maintain oversight of compliance monitoring efforts
Requirements: • Minimum one-year certificate in Occupational Health & Safety • 2-3 years of field-based HSE experience required • Strong grasp of provincial safety legislation • Experience with safety audits or COR® programs is an advantage • Excellent organizational and communication skills
