Copy - Janitorial Maintenance Mechanic, Etobicoke Posted Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM We are seeking a motivated and responsible Mechanic to join our team specializing in floor cleaning equipment. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial and industrial janitorial cleaning machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely at the warehouse or at client sites. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of various mechanical & electrical issues on janitorial cleaning equipment such as Walk Behind/Ride On Auto Scrubbers, Propane/Electric Burnishers, Industrial Sweepers, Wet/Dry Vacuums, Carpet Regular travel between company sites and client locations is required; Accurately report repair activities, parts used, and causes of failure in the online application.

Maintain spare parts inventory and prepare detailed reports on usage and stock levels.

Use Microsoft

Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.



At least 2 years experience with repairing/troubleshooting a wide variety of cleaning equipment. Regular travel between company sites and client locations is required; The ability to communicate necessary fixes and apply training to repair equipment. This is a full time position with a standard work schedule. Occasional flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet operational or training needs.
