Reporting to and under the general direction of the Supervisor, the CSR provides quality and timely delivery of services within their area of responsibility. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while seeking solutions to moderate problems.

Technical Duties

Assumes first point of contact with guests using County recreation facilities and related programs. Enforces applicable policies, facility rules and conditions of use. Drafts, seeks approval, proofreads, and sends emails, data, reports, applications, documents, forms, and other correspondence on behalf of the department.

Creates, inputs, and organizes related department files and records into electronic databases and physical locations. Maintains excellent customer service with colleagues, customers, members of Council,



local stakeholders, and the public. Fosters a positive work culture and assists in continuously improving the County culture.

To be successful in this position, you will hold these qualifications: ~ Certificate in Business Administration, or related field.

Customer

Service-related training is an asset. ~ 1-2 years related work experience. ~ Bring superior customer service and a high level of professionalism in public relations. ~ Robust computer skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), PerfectMind software ~ Cash handling/POS system experience an asset. ~ Schedule: Casuals are called in to work on an as needed basis. Shift may involve days, evenings or weekends, but you can specify your availability in your cover letter!
