Customer Service Sales Representative:

Hype Events is seeking ambitious individuals with customer service experience who are ready to advance into a more dynamic, commercially focused role. This position combines face-to-face customer interaction, customer care, and sales development, offering greater control over outcomes and career progression than traditional customer service positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with customers in person to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Represent Hype Events at promotional events and customer-facing campaigns
- Deliver excellent service while proactively building and managing customer relationships
- Take ownership of a personal customer pipeline and performance targets
- Support customers throughout their journey while maintaining a high level of service
- Progress into sales leadership or account executive roles as performance develops

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, call centres, events, or similar) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills




- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress beyond entry-level roles
- No direct sales experience required — full training provided
