We’re currently looking for an innovative and creative Designer to create engaging visual content and help bring more great projects to life.

What You’ll Do

- Develop visual concepts, artwork, and branding elements using industry-standard software.
- Ensure designs align with client specifications, budgets, and timelines, and are achievable and competitive
- Prepare 3D models or renderings to support design visualization.
- Produce artwork to Blanchett content standards: drawn to scale with the scale reference noted; all dimensions labelled materials and finishes specified; output colours specified; and required views included.
- Include an installation reference (x and y location relative to surroundings) and scope details (size, construction methods, illumination, installation notes) on every piece of presentation artwork.
- Monitor the SquareCoil design queue; claim requests promptly by assigning your name and setting the status to In Progress, and complete new design requests within the two-business-day standard.
- Maintain designer continuity: handle revision requests for projects you previously worked on wherever possible.
- Update and maintain project status, notify internal stakeholders, and accurately track designs, and progress in the ERP or project management software.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring (and if you don’t have it all – take the chance and still apply!)
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).




- 3 years of experience in graphic or environmental design, preferably within signage, branding, or a manufacturing-based environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and 3D modeling software.
- Experience in Sketch Up (an asset)
- Robust creative and imaginative skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of signage industry terminology and manufacturing processes

Proficiency in file preparation for production, including color management, vector/raster distinction, and resolution standards.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to actively participate in an environment of continuous improvement and innovation to contribute to increased effectiveness and efficiency
