Role Description This is a full-time, in office Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Brampton, ON.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and web. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in alignment with brand guidelines. The specialist will track and analyze performance using web analytics tools, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve reach, conversions, and customer retention.





Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams, coordinating promotions, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across platforms.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategy, including planning, execution, and optimization of digital channels.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, generate insights, and inform campaign improvements.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with content creation for digital channels (e.g., social posts, ads, email campaigns) and basic understanding of SEO.
- Ability to work on-site in Brampton, ON, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), and e-commerce platforms is an asset.
