CPP Investments in Toronto seeks a Director, Legal to provide strategic and commercially focused legal advice across Credit Investments, with a focus on restructurings. Reporting to the Managing Director, Legal, you will guide negotiations, risk assessment and documentation throughout the deal lifecycle.
You will lead creditor-side strategy, manage external counsel, and collaborate with deal teams and stakeholders across CPP Investments globally to support investment objectives and compliance.
