We are looking for a motivated and resourceful person to join our Calgary-based operations team, located near Chinook Centre. The position offers significant growth potential for someone with the right attitude, drive and desire to learn.

We operate a multichannel e-commerce retail and wholesale business across both B2B and B2C channels. Responsibilities are diverse. They range from fulfillment of e-commerce and wholesale orders to restocking inventory to dealing with domestic and international shipping issues and handling the day-to-day customer service challenges created by tariffs and cross-border shipping. There's never a dull moment.

WHAT'S THE JOB?

- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
- Inventory management and support
- Process and fulfill e-commerce and wholesale orders




- Assist with ongoing costumer service issues particularly re shipping to the US
- Balance both warehouse and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to our growth and success

QUALIFICATIONS

You pay strict attention to detail and are well-organized. You are efficient, methodical and show initiative. You understand and can deliver exceptional customer service. You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. You are also responsible and take your commitments seriously.

You’re able to work both independently and as part of a team and embrace change in an ever-changing business. You can manage multiple, sometimes competing priorities without losing track of the details. You show initiative and use creativity and good judgment to solve problems.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
