About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Altium Designer Specialists to contribute to a project focused on real-world PCB design workflows and engineering documentation. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Altium Designer to complete practical design tasks, document workflows, and support the development of next-generation AI systems through high-quality technical contributions.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB layout, routing, component placement, and design validation. You will work on realistic engineering scenarios, create detailed documentation, and help evaluate technical outputs using industry best practices.

The work is fully remote, flexible, and centered on authentic PCB design and electronics engineering workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete assigned workflows and engineering tasks within Altium Designer.
- Create, modify, review, and validate PCB layouts and schematic designs.
- Utilize Altium Designer tools for component placement, routing, design rule checks, and design validation.
- Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate your process.
- Document workflow steps, design decisions, and tool usage throughout each task.
- Create realistic prompts, evaluation tasks, and detailed scoring rubrics based on completed workflows.
- Review outputs for technical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated engineering workflows.




- Follow project guidelines and quality standards while working independently in a remote workplace.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience using Altium Designer.
- Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, routing, and design verification workflows.
- Ability to independently complete professional PCB design tasks.
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain engineering workflows and design decisions clearly.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in PCB design, electronics engineering, hardware development, or related fields.
- Current access to Altium Designer and ability to use the software independently.
- Experience creating design documentation, manufacturing files, and engineering deliverables.
- Familiarity with design rule checks (DRC), signal integrity considerations, and PCB validation processes.
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, model assessment, technical annotation, or related projects.
- Experience recording and presenting technical workflows.
- Background in electrical engineering, electronics design, embedded systems, or hardware product development.
