Servus Credit Union is seeking an Employee Experience Program Manager to join our People and Culture team. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from our Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer offices about 8 times per month.
Reporting to the Director Culture and Employee Experience, you will design, implement, and manage programs across the employee journey—onboarding, development, recognition, and more—driving engagement and belonging in a values-driven workplace.
