- Provide tactical insights for training product development
- Support training delivery for individual and collective events




- Assist in classroom and simulation training roles
- Engage with training teams coast-to-coast when necessary
- Identify training needs and discrepancies for improvement Requirements:
- Community College diploma or equivalent naval experience
- 6 years of relevant experience in naval operations
- Understanding of RCN operations and training structures
- Knowledge of training program design and evaluation
