CSN Herbers South is seeking a well-rounded Estimator to join our repair team. This role is a replacement for an existing position. We are proud to support an elite clientele, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and the repair of luxury vehicles. Offering up to $75,000/per annum based on experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in

Edmonton, AB . The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate repair estimates for automotive collisions, working closely with customers, insurance providers, and the repair team. Day-to-day tasks include assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed written estimates, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

The Estimator will also be responsible for coordinating with the repair team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.

Qualifications





Proficiency in preparing detailed repair estimates and knowledge of collision repair processes

Solid communication skills to collaborate with customers, insurance providers, and team members

Attention to detail and ability to review and comply with industry standards

Experience with estimating software and tools commonly used in the collision repair industry

Organizational and time-management skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Familiarity with automotive parts, materials, and repair techniques

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify solutions and address customer concerns

Experience in a collision repair or automotive environment is preferred

Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive work environment
