Socket.dev is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exemplary customer care while performing in office servicing and installation of windows and doors. You will plan and schedule field work, maintain your service vehicle, and build strong relationships with clients both over the phone and in person.
The role requires 1+ year in service/installation with windows and doors, 2+ years in customer service, and a valid Class 5 license.
