Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for flowers and design, enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment, and takes pride in creating beautiful arrangements that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create floral arrangements for daily sales, events, and special occasions (weddings, funerals, corporate, holidays, etc.)
- Process and condition flowers as needed to maintain freshness and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace and sales floor
- Assist customers in selecting floral products and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, including unpacking shipments and monitoring flower stock
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and uphold design standards
- Prepare and package orders for delivery or pickup




- Support seasonal installations and holiday decorating projects

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent sense of color, balance, and creativity
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during busy seasons

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
