Weir is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Foundry Operations in Port Hope, Ontario. This in office role covers rotating shifts (6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a) with a hands-on floor presence and office time. You will lead a team in a unionized, heavy manufacturing setting, driving Lean improvements and safety excellence.
You will oversee production, coach Team Leaders, ensure schedules, and report on safety and equipment status daily. Strong communication and leadership are essential.
