We are looking for a mature, experienced and dependable individual to join our busy automotive glass office. This is a customer-facing position with a variety of responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who is organized, confident, personable and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in person, over the phone and email
- Preparing automotive glass quotes
- Processing ICBC glass claims
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Ordering automotive glass and related materials
- Coordinating glass services with local car dealerships
- Processing customer payments and paying supplier bills
- General office and administrative duties
- Providing friendly and skilled customer service The ideal candidat will:
- Have previous office, reception or customer service experience
- Be comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Have strong organizational and communication skills
- Be confident dealing with customers and learning industry-specific programs
- Be dependable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Be able to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Be looking for a stable, long-term position
Previous experience with ICBC claims or in the automotive industry would be an asset, but training can be provided for the right person.
