- Facilitate gameplay sessions, ensuring all participants understand instructions and enjoy their experience
- Monitor gaming areas to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Address guest questions or concerns promptly with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist with event setup, game demonstrations, and special themed activities to enhance guest engagement
- Handle guest interactions with a focus on customer service excellence, creating a positive atmosphere




- Manage cash handling duties for ticket sales or merchandise transactions accurately and responsibly

Qualifications

- Experience working with children or in customer service roles is highly preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate game rules and facilitate group activities
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Food service or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments
