About the Opportunity micro1 is engaging experienced Google Classroom Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting realistic educational workflows within Google Classroom.

Selected contributors will use their hands-on experience in teaching, tutoring, training, and educational technology to complete practical classroom workflows and generate high-quality interaction data that supports the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

The role focuses on practical platform expertise and real-world educational workflows. Contributors will complete assigned tasks, document their processes, develop evaluation materials, and provide accurate feedback based on actual Google Classroom functionality.

Responsibilities

- Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Google Classroom using practical teaching or educational technology experience.
- Navigate Google Classroom features related to classes, students, assignments, materials, grading, and communication.
- Create and manage classes, assignments, learning materials, and other common classroom activities according to provided instructions.
- Complete realistic workflows involving assignment creation, student management, grading, feedback, and classroom organization.
- Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
- Create realistic prompts and detailed evaluation rubrics based on completed workflows.
- Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Google Classroom tools, features, and actions used.
- Review task outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project guidelines.
- Follow established project instructions and quality standards while working independently.




- Provide clear workflow documentation that can support AI training and evaluation.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience using Google Classroom in a teaching, tutoring, education, or training workplace.
- Practical understanding of learning management systems and digital education workflows.
- Experience managing assignments, classroom activities, learning materials, or student-related workflows.
- Ability to independently navigate Google Classroom and complete realistic educational workflows.
- Current access to Google Classroom and ability to use the platform independently.
- Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed workflow instructions.
- Ability to clearly document and explain educational workflows and platform actions.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to create structured documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional experience using Google Classroom for teaching, tutoring, training, or educational administration.
- Experience with:
- Assignment management
- Student and class management
- Grading
- Feedback
- Classroom organization
- Digital learning workflows
- Previous experience with human data projects, including data annotation, data labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or model evaluation.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace for Education.
- Experience with other Learning Management Systems (LMS).




- Experience creating prompts, rubrics, workflow documentation, or evaluation criteria.
- Strong ability to explain digital education processes clearly and accurately.
