Alpine Building Maintenance is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee client sites in the Greater Toronto Area. The role is field-based, leading frontline teams, building client relationships, and ensuring service delivery that meets Alpine’s standards.
You will coach staff, manage staffing, schedules and budgets, perform site audits, and use Dayforce, OrangeQC, and Microsoft Office to streamline operations. Flexibility for day/night shifts and travel within the region is required.
