Scope As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Integration solutions within our organization and with third party applications. You will play a pivotal role in driving our cloud transformation agenda, ensuring that we use Guidewire Cloud capabilities to improve our Claim’s workflows.

The role involves working with the Senior Manager - Software Engineering.

Responsibility

Build technical diagrams / design documents.

Write programs, configure / package / deploy software.

Perform peer code reviews.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Design and implement functional requirements and integrations with external systems.

Ensure standard methodologies are followed in code development, testing, and deployment.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Consult on technical aspects of Guidewire upgrades and patches.





Resolve and address complex technical issues promptly.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.

Skill needed

5+years proven experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Development

Expertise in GOSU Language, configuration and coding using Guidewire tools and accelerators, Guidewire Batch, and Guidewire predefined plugins.

Read code in other languages and reverse engineer products.

Agile software development, including the use of Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, etc.

Domain knowledge on Property & Casualty Insurance

5+ years of Guidewire development experience.

5+ years of experience with coding Gosu Language

Expertise in the end-to-end design and development of business database applications.

Experience building contemporary web applications and designing Web APIs with REST/JSON.

In-depth understanding of design thinking and customer-centric development.
