What You'll Be Doing

- Partnering with dealership leadership teams across Canada and the U.S. to strengthen workplace health and safety programs.
- Maintaining and continuously improving our Health & Safety Management System, policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Coordinating Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings, supporting committee effectiveness, and ensuring action items remain on track.
- Leading or supporting incident investigations, identifying root causes, and helping implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
- Coordinating safety training programs, maintaining certification records, and supporting onboarding initiatives for new team members.
- Managing relationships with workers' compensation agencies and supporting claims and return-to-work processes.
- Organizing workplace inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and corrective action plans across multiple locations.
- Monitoring legislative changes and helping ensure our health and safety programs remain compliant and up to date.
- Analyzing safety trends, preparing reports, and recommending improvements that strengthen our safety culture and performance.




- Serving as a trusted resource for leaders and employees seeking guidance on workplace health and safety matters.

What You'll Bring

- 3-5 years of health and safety experience, ideally within a multi-site environment.
- A strong understanding of occupational health and safety legislation, incident investigations, and workers' compensation processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience coordinating audits, inspections, training programs, and compliance initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, educate, and support stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using health and safety or compliance management systems.
- A diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
- NCSO, CRSP, or other related safety designations would be viewed favourably.
