- Wage: $23.00-25.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items while ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant's established quality and presentation standards
- Plan and organize food preparation activities and ensure that meals are prepared according to menu specifications
- Monitor food quality and consistency to maintain high culinary standards across kitchen operations
- Order and manage food and kitchen supplies and assist with monitoring inventory levels
- Maintain records related to food costs, inventory usage, and kitchen supply consumption
- Provide guidance and support to cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen workflow
- Demonstrate proper cooking techniques and safe use of kitchen equipment to kitchen staff when required
- Assist in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating daily food preparation activities

Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
