Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Manager to lead our human resources and payroll functions with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees, while managing HR operations that foster a positive and compliant workplace setting. Your expertise will drive efficiency through the use of leading HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software, supporting our commitment to employee satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using platforms such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, or Ceridian, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee data entry related to employee records, attendance, perks, and compensation in HRIS systems to maintain up-to-date and accurate information
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, leveraging HR software tools for efficient management
- Reconcile accounts related to payroll expenses, taxes, and other deductions to ensure financial accuracy in collaboration with accounting teams
- Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, employee data updates, and audit trails for compliance purposes
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and policy enforcement
- Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies or trends that could impact organizational efficiency or compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience managing payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, or Ceridian with a strong understanding of payroll processing workflows
- Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or similar tools for financial reconciliation and bookkeeping tasks
- Solid knowledge of HRIS platforms and human resources best practices to support employee lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to payroll and accounting transactions
- Experience in account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable processes, and general bookkeeping procedures
- Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for cross-department collaboration
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
