ID Logistics Canada – XYY1 in Ajax, ON is looking for Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Human Resources Support Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding. Support benefits administration, HR compliance, reporting, and employee engagement activities.

Site Administration Support

Draft site-wide communications and maintain communication boards Manage office and breakroom supplies. Coordinate facility vendors and mail services. Coordinate visitor access and front office operations.





Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ~2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, office administration, or a related role. ~ Robust organizational, communication, and customer-service skills. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP systems preferred.
