About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced HubSpot Specialists to contribute to a project focused on real-world CRM, sales operations, and workflow automation processes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in HubSpot to complete practical CRM workflows, document operational processes, and support the development of next-generation AI systems through high-quality workflow data and evaluations.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, reporting, and workflow automation within HubSpot. You will work on realistic CRM and sales operations scenarios, create detailed documentation, and help evaluate workflow outputs using industry best practices.

The work is fully remote, flexible, and centered on authentic CRM management and sales operations workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete assigned workflows and operational tasks within HubSpot.
- Create, update, and manage contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, and CRM records.
- Utilize HubSpot features related to lead management, deal tracking, workflow automation, reporting, and customer relationship management.
- Complete workflows involving sales operations, pipeline management, segmentation, and CRM automation.
- Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate your process.
- Document workflow steps, business logic, and actions taken throughout each task.
- Create realistic prompts, evaluation tasks, and detailed scoring rubrics based on completed workflows.
- Review outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.




- Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated CRM workflows.
- Follow project guidelines and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM.
- Experience with sales operations, CRM management, lead management, and deal pipeline workflows.
- Ability to independently complete professional CRM and automation tasks.
- Excellent written communication and process documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to clearly explain workflows, processes, and business decisions.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in sales operations, revenue operations, customer success, CRM administration, or related fields.
- Current access to HubSpot and ability to use the platform independently.
- Experience with workflow automation, reporting, segmentation, and CRM data management.
- Familiarity with HubSpot reporting dashboards, custom properties, automation workflows, and pipeline configuration.
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, model assessment, technical annotation, or related projects.
- Experience recording and presenting operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process optimization.
