TransX Standard is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting HR operations, maintaining data integrity, generating impactful analytics, and driving system efficiency to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- HR System Management (20%): Maintain and troubleshoot HR technology systems, document and support system releases/configuration changes, test updates prior to rollout, and coordinate mass data changes in the HRMS.
- Reporting & Analytics (15%): Build custom reports and ad hoc queries to support business needs, delivering actionable insights for HR leadership and decision-makers.
- System Configuration & Support (15%): Translate business and user requirements into system configurations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Data Integrity & Compliance (15%): Conduct regular system audits to resolve data discrepancies, develop user guidelines,



and enforce data privacy standards.
- Special Projects & Continuous Improvement (15%): Participate in system enhancements, workforce analytics projects, process automation, and compliance reviews.
- HR & Administrative Support (10%): Maintain employee records and compliance documentation, support benefits and payroll tracking, assist with onboarding/interview logistics, and manage HR correspondence.
- Training & User Support (10%): Deliver HRMS training to end-users, assist with system inquiries, and provide ongoing guidance to HR team members.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience: Up to six (6) months of hands-on experience in HR administration, HR analytics, or HRIS support.
- Software Expertise: Direct experience with ADP HRIS software is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of HR systems and workflow optimization.
- High attention to detail and solid organizational/time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with complete confidentiality.
- Adaptability to shifting business requirements and technology changes.
