Role Details

- Role Type: Full time
- Schedule: Monday through Saturday (5 days a week),
- Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00/hour
- Location: 3905 Major Mackenzie Drive West

- Supporting hygienists so they can focus on patient care

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Hygiene Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of both the patient journey and the clinical workflow.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming front desk experience
- Managing phone calls, inquiries, and efficient appointment booking
- Coordinating and optimizing the hygiene schedule, including re-care and patient flow
- Proactively filling gaps through recall, reactivation, and short-call lists
- Supporting hygienists by ensuring schedules are productive and well-balanced
- Managing and maintaining accurate patient records and database integrity
- Processing insurance claims, billing, and follow-ups with providers
- Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and patient flow
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless,



high-quality patient experience
- Helping maintain systems and protocols that keep the clinic running smoothly

You’ll be the person who brings structure, clarity, and flow to every day.

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic environment
- Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance, and front desk operations
- Experience with hygiene scheduling, re-care, and patient flow (strong asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Cleardent experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a quick-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset
