Full-time Fort McMurray, AB Monday to Friday, some evenings Coordinate the cultural side of our programming: Elder visits, ceremony, land-based activities and language sessions across our housing and recovery streams.
What you'll do Responsibilities Plan and facilitate ceremony, smudging and land-based healing activities Build and hold relationships with Elders, Knowledge Keepers and Nations Support participants in reconnecting with culture, community and family Work alongside clinical staff to keep care culturally safe and trauma-informed What you bring Required Lived or qualified experience in Indigenous cultural programming Comfort facilitating groups of mixed ages and backgrounds Valid driver's licence Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
