About the Role
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Account Executive to own the sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to a signed client agreement. You’ll work pipeline sourced by our SDR and business development teams as well as opportunities you self-source, and your job is to close them.
What You’ll Do
- Run discovery calls, sales calls, and demos with qualified prospects
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and pricing within approved parameters
- Advance opportunities through the pipeline to close
- Follow up with prospects across email, phone, and LinkedIn to keep deals moving
- Coordinate with our business development and GTM Engineering teams on pipeline handoff and quality
- Support collection on new clients’ first months of fees and hand off cleanly to our Account Management team
- Keep the CRM accurate and forecast your pipeline reliably
What You’ll Bring
- A track record of full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or qualified services
- Demonstrated ability to close, not just generate activity
- Comfort in a high-velocity inside sales motion
- Based in Canada
Compensation
- Base salary plus uncapped new-business commission on every account you close. Your commission rate is set by how many active accounts you’re carrying, so the bigger your book gets, the higher your rate climbs across your entire book, not just new deals. Commission pays out half at signing and half once the client’s early payments are collected.
