Responsibilities

- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation equipment.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and AutoCAD drawings to accurately maintain or modify instrumentation systems.
- Maintain and update documentation related to instrumentation maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections of low voltage electrical systems and sensors to prevent downtime and ensure operational reliability.
- Support the integration of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) into manufacturing equipment for automation purposes.
- Assist in diagnosing issues with CNC machinery and other automated systems by analyzing electrical and mechanical components.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to execute preventive maintenance tasks that enhance system longevity and performance.

Requirements





- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician within manufacturing environments.
- Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Hands-on experience working with sensors, PLCs, low voltage electrical systems, and valves.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes combined with excellent troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating technical information to team members and stakeholders.
- Prior experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, valves, schematics, and low voltage electrical systems is highly desirable.

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
