What You’ll Do:

- Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and hold value-driven conversations with potential and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries on policies, claims, and billing with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the Agent and team to execute marketing strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking self-driven, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Here’s what makes a great fit for our team:





- Min. 3 years customer service experience in Canada
- Some sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing) is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build robust client relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- Strong grasp of English language
- Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatory—we’ll sponsor the right candidate to get licensed).
