Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

- Robust experience with OpenText EngageOne document composition and production processing.
- Experience supporting statement generation, tax documents, customer communications, and document delivery platforms.
- Knowledge of PDF, AFP, file transfer processes, batch processing, and production support operations.
- Experience with accessibility compliance, testing, and document certification practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and deployment support experience.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred

- Experience with Wealth, Insurance, or Financial Services document processing environments.
- Exposure to Unitrax statement processing, digital tax slip initiatives, and large-scale document modernization programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

Unitrax statement generation, EngageOne administration, Digital Tax Slip implementation, accessibility-testing support, production statement runs, change management, automation support, and operational production support activities. Focus on ensuring successful delivery of client statements,



document-processing solutions, and business-critical communications.
- Develop, maintain, and support EngageOne and Unitrax document generation solutions for statements, tax slips, and customer communications.
- Execute and monitor end-to-end statement production including PDF generation, AFP creation, file transfers, distribution, and output validation.
- Support digital document modernization initiatives, including electronic delivery, document formatting, accessibility compliance, and tax slip enhancements.
- Collaborate with ETL, QA, Accessibility Testing, Infrastructure, and Business Operations teams to deliver high-quality document solutions.
- Perform production support, troubleshoot document processing and file-transfer issues, and drive timely incident resolution.
- Support regression testing, accessibility certification, quality assurance reviews, and production readiness activities.
- Coordinate change management, deployments, release activities, and emergency production fixes.
- Develop operational documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and provide guidance on document generation workflows and processing operations.
