Role Description This full-time remote Interior Designer role is responsible for planning, designing, and documenting commercial interior spaces that align with client goals and brand identity. Day-to-day activities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating FF&E; selections, and collaborating with project managers, architects, and vendors.

The Interior

Designer will produce space plans, construction documents, and specifications, ensuring code compliance and adherence to project budgets and timelines. The role may involve participating in client meetings, revising designs based on feedback,



and supporting projects from early programming through final installation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills for commercial environments.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to create effective, functional layouts aligned with client requirements.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills to prepare detailed plans, elevations, and specifications for implementation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; expertise, including selection, specification, and coordination of finishes, furniture, and equipment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working remotely and managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and commercial design best practices; professional certification or licensure is a plus.
