Our client is a large international organization with a strong presence across Canada and a complex, multi-business-unit environment. They're looking for a bilingual IT Business Analyst to help their business units assess and structure their IT needs, and to turn those findings into a clear, prioritized improvement plan.

This isn't a requirements-gathering role. It sits upstream of projects: understanding what each business unit is trying to achieve, evaluating how well IT services support it, and helping decide which initiatives will bring the most value.

What you'll do

Assess

- Analyze business strategies and objectives, and evaluate how effectively they're supported by IT services
- Rate the effectiveness of IT services for each business unit to identify what's underperforming or needs improvement

Map and diagnose

- Visually map processes and document current ways of working
- Identify gaps, pain points, inefficiencies and their operational impact

Plan and prioritize





- Build an improvement roadmap and help structure the projects needed to deliver it
- Assess impacts and prioritize IT initiatives based on their value to each business unit

What you bring

- [7+] years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or IT service assessment
- Hands-on experience assessing current-state processes or services and building an improvement plan from the findings
- A structured, analytical approach and a genuine continuous-improvement mindset
- Comfort working with business unit stakeholders and turning findings into clear priorities
- Fluent French and English (required)

Nice to have

- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Experience in process improvement or organizational transformation
