IT Project Manager – Azure Cloud

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – Azure Cloud to lead enterprise Azure cloud, data, analytics, infrastructure, and application modernization projects.

The ideal candidate will combine strong IT project management expertise with a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and enterprise technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Azure Cloud and technology projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate Azure Cloud, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and Application teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Track project deliverables and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
- Work closely with technical teams on Azure architecture, migration, deployment, and integration activities.
- Coordinate Azure data and analytics initiatives involving Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, and Power BI.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project status reporting, and governance.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
- Manage vendors and third-party technology partners where required.




- Identify and resolve project blockers and delivery risks.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing Azure Cloud / Cloud Transformation projects.
- Robust understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Experience with:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Databricks
- Azure Functions
- Azure API Management
- Azure Networking
- Power BI
- Experience with Azure migration, cloud implementation, data platform, and application modernization projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong project planning, risk, budget, resource, and dependency management skills.
- Experience working with Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / Agile certification.
- Azure certification such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-900.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Understanding of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Azure governance, security, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise cloud transformation programs.
