Junior Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working closely with customers (including large Brands) and sales professionals, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting business development activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting customer relationships, sales activities, market research, trade shows, reporting, and new product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Customer Support (North America)
- Support Sales Team in preparing for customer meetings/visits, including agendas, samples and presentation materials.
- Participate in customer meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate documentation and sample requests, quotations etc.
- For new product development projects, monitor project timelines, milestones, and outstanding action items, ensuring timely follow-up with internal teams and customers.
- Market Research
- Conduct basic market research, with a focus on the Health & Beauty industry and products.
- Utilize tools and platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn,



social media, and other on-line resources to research customers, prospects, markets, and industry trends.
- Trade Shows
- Support the Sales Team during trade show preparation, trades show attendance and assist with post-show follow-up.

Education & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Coordination, or Customer Service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer and internal relationships.
- Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
