Key Holder - Vancouver - Full-Time

Pyrrha is seeking a confident, resourceful, and outgoing Key Holder to join our Vancouver retail team.Working closely with the sales team, you’ll help drive sales, build client relationships, and ensure the store runs seamlessly day to day. You’ll also look for creative ways to connect with customers, bring people into the store, and build lasting relationships with the Pyrrha community.We’re looking for someone self-directed and commercially minded who notices opportunities and acts on them. You’re comfortable trying new things, whether that means reaching out to a client with a quick video, finding a new way to follow up after a visit, or coming up with an idea for an event or collaboration.This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 10 am–6 pm position reporting to the Owner.

Some weekend and holiday availability may be required.

What You’ll Do

- Drive sales and develop lasting relationships with new, existing, and VIP clients.
- Open and close the store and confidently oversee day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain client relationships through thoughtful, personal outreach across email, text, social media, and other channels.
- Look for creative ways to drive traffic, engagement, and new business.
- Maintain merchandising, inventory, cash handling, security, and overall store standards.
- Plan and host events, from permits and vendors to setup and day-of coordination.
- Host private appointments, studio tours, and other in-store experiences.
- Share customer feedback, sales insights, and new opportunities with management.

Who You Are

- An experienced retail professional with a strong instinct for sales and client relationships.
- Confident, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility for the store independently.




- Outgoing and genuinely interested in people—you enjoy starting conversations and building relationships.
- Naturally comfortable with social media, texting, video, and other ways people communicate and connect today.
- Creative and commercially minded, with the confidence to try new approaches and see what works.
- Comfortable working with VIP clients, stylists, and industry partners.
- Experienced in premium retail, jewelry, fashion, design, hospitality, or another highly service-oriented environment.
- A natural storyteller who can communicate Pyrrha’s craftsmanship, symbolism, and values in a genuine and engaging way.
