Show Masters Kids is a children’s entertainment company based in Richmond, BC. We create interactive character parties and shows for children across Metro Vancouver.

We are currently casting performers for young male character roles in our children’s entertainment programs. Applicants must be able to convincingly portray energetic teenage/young-adult characters.

We are looking for energetic, confident and outgoing performers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys acting, dancing, working with children and performing in a fun, high-energy environment.

Most events take place on weekends. Training is provided.

Duties

- Perform as different characters at children’s birthday parties and events
- Lead interactive games, dancing and activities
- Learn scripts, character roles and party programs
- Wear skilled character costumes




- Engage confidently with children and parents
- Work together with other performers as a team
- Travel to events throughout Metro Vancouver

Qualifications

- Energetic, outgoing and confident personality
- Comfortable acting, dancing and performing in front of people
- Great with children
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Able to learn scripts and follow event programs
- Weekend availability is required
- Acting, theatre, dance or entertainment experience is an asset, but not required
- No previous experience necessary — training is provided

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
