The Prince George Hotel is looking for a Kitchen Steward to play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen workplace. Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment Follow proper procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment (WHMIS) Support receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Work closely with kitchen and Food & Beverage teams Take initiative to ensure the kitchen remains in top condition at all times Previous stewarding or kitchen experience is preferred Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work closing shifts Access to the hotel gym and pool outside of working hours A workplace culture rooted in hospitality, trust and continuous growth Our Commitment to Inclusion: The Prince George Hotel values the diversity of people and communities and is committed to excellence and inclusion in our company.
