Duties

- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly, following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Support the food handling process by properly storing ingredients and disposing of waste responsibly
- Help with basic cooking tasks under supervision, ensuring timely delivery of meals
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times
- Support serving staff by preparing dishes for presentation or delivery to customers




- Participate in inventory checks and restocking supplies to keep the kitchen well-equipped

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures is highly valued
- Experience in the food industry demonstrates your understanding of fast-paced environments and teamwork dynamics
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
