Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day back-of-house operations. This role oversees kitchen staff, food preparation, quality, inventory, food costs, and health and safety across restaurant, banquet, and breakfast operations.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, schedule, train, and support the kitchen team

- Oversee daily food preparation and kitchen operations

- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency

- Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and labour

- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

- Support menu development, recipe consistency, and operational improvements

- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen environment

What You Bring

- 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar role

- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment





- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

- Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and scheduling

- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and remain composed under pressure

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
