Milano's Ristorante in Nanaimo is seeking an experienced cook to join our kitchen team on site. You will prepare and cook meals, plan portions and costs, and ensure high food-safety standards in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
The ideal candidate has 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with the ability to train staff, supervise kitchen operations, and manage supplies. Knowledge of allergens and customer-service focus is a plus.
