Your role will encompass ensuring high enrollment, conducting tours, and managing compliance with regulations. Collaborating with families and fostering meaningful connections will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high student enrollment and create wait-lists
- Optimize family engagement and enrollment processes
- Track inquiries and enhance conversion strategies
- Build lasting relationships with parents and children
- Maintain compliance with BC licensing regulations Requirements:
- Valid British Columbia ECE certificate; ITE preferred
- At least 3 years in early childhood education with leadership experience
- Familiar with BC Child Care Regulations and Play Today framework
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
