You will lead a dedicated team in ensuring the highest standards of resident care and managing all aspects of the wellness program.

- Facilitate resident choice through care programs
- Develop staff performance and promote growth

- Collaborate with teams to implement departmental goals Requirements:
- Registered RPN with Ontario’s College of Nurses
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Proficient in risk management and budgeting
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
