Overview

We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Hairstylist to join our team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services, provide personalized consultations, and ensure a positive experience for every client. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for quality and friendliness while contributing to a lively, customer-focused atmosphere.

Duties

- Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.




- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks and aftercare instructions.
- Support team efforts by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with retail sales.

Requirements

- Valid license as a professional hairstylist or cosmetologist in accordance with local regulations.
- Proven experience in hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and promote services.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Prior experience at the front desk or in retail sales is a plus.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
