Over the years, the department has matured and expanded its vision to include not only oversight of the quality management system, but also training programs and employee safety while adopting other improvement methodologies such as lean and six sigma.

The Production

Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and effective manufacture of products according to defined processes and quality standards. This role performs hands‐on production tasks including batching, blending, filling, packaging, and equipment cleaning.

Operator ensures that daily production targets are met while maintaining a clean, compliant, and organized work environment. Prepare and mix raw materials according to batch sheets and production specifications Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively during the production process Accurately fill, label, and package finished goods in compliance with quality standards Maintain production records, including quantities, batch numbers,



and time logs Report any deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Site Leader or QC Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures as required Support inventory control through accurate material usage reporting and waste minimization Accurate reporting of material usage and production data High school diploma or GED (required) Technical or vocational training in manufacturing (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment ~ Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards ~ Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods Manufacturing environment Must work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures.
