We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMOS Functional Support Consultant to support high-volume retail and omnichannel distribution-center operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key functional expert, partnering with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, IT teams, development groups, and third-party vendors to ensure stable, efficient, and reliable warehouse execution.

This role will focus on Level 2 and Level 3 production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, WMOS configuration improvements, release validation, warehouse expansions, system upgrades, and peak-season readiness.

Key Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting Manhattan WMOS, preferably WMOS 2017 or later.
- Strong experience with retail distribution-center and omnichannel warehouse operations.
- Expertise in inbound processing, receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory,



cycle counting, allocation, wave planning, and order fulfillment.
- Experience with production incident management, root-cause analysis, problem management, change management, and SLA requirements.
- Working knowledge of SQL, XML, EDI, APIs, interface troubleshooting, batch processing, and job scheduling.
- Experience supporting RF devices, handheld scanners, printers, warehouse-automation integrations, conveyor systems, sorters, pick-to-light, or voice-picking solutions.
- Robust stakeholder management, analytical, communication, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Manhattan Active WM, labor management, slotting, TMS, WCS, or material-handling equipment integrations is an asset.
