Legal Counsel Lead, Corporate Commercial – Permanent Full time
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: $137,573 to $229,292
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor legal counsel and articling students.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Provide legal advice on commercial, procurement, privacy, and compliance matters.
- Support corporate initiatives and advise senior leadership.
- Assist with planning, resource management, and service improvement.
Qualifications
- LL.B. or J.D. degree from a recognized law school.
- Membership in positive standing with the Manitoba Bar.
- Minimum eight (8) years of corporate commercial law experience.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
