We’re looking for Material Handler, local to the Red Deer area, to join our team with an immediate start date for a long-term maintenance contract. What You’ll Do:

- Manage, catalogue and store material
- Track inventory levels
- Shipper
- Receiver
- Issue Counter
- Delivery (Van and Forklift) Technicians

- Prioritize a safe working setting for all the team members

Qualifications:

- Experience working in a warehouse on a multi trade, complex Petro Chemical facility
- Valid driver’s license with a 3-year driver’s abstract
- Forklift ticket
- Driver’s License w/ a 3-year driver’s abstract
- Required Safety Tickets:
- CSTS-2020
- First Aid
- Energy Safety Canada
- Fall Protection
- Confined Space

- Pre-access Drug and Alcohol test

Working Conditions





- Working at heights, in and around noise, dust, indoor and outdoor in hot and cold weather conditions
- Working in a confined space
- Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots

Physical Requirements

- Must be clean shaven
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 lbs. with assistance
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects
