Employment Type: Full-Time | Experience Level: Entry-Level Compensation: $50,000 Base + Bonus Structure after 3 Months Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping freight moving smoothly across North America. Previous 3PL logistics experience is an asset, allowing you to contribute effectively from day one; however, we are also willing to train the right candidate who is eager to build a career in the logistics industry. Freight Quoting: Obtain quotes from carriers, evaluate pricing, communicate costs, and assist in negotiating competitive rates.

Order Entry:



Accurately enter orders into the system and coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure order details are correct. Identify and resolve issues with shipments or administrative processes, collaborating with the team to improve efficiency.

Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in a relevant field or at least 1 year of logistics/transportation experience is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems.

Motivation & Attitude: Highly driven, proactive, and eager to grow a career in logistics.
